Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, VAT/sales tax, brokerage fees, and other customs charges in the destination country. These charges are set by your local authorities and/or the carrier and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Important (USA): Due to recent rule changes, we no longer offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) for the United States. US orders ship as DDU / DAP, meaning any import charges (if applied) are paid by the customer on delivery or during customs clearance.

Test our pickups with your gear
We offer 21 days return period in order for you to have the chance to test our pickups with your guitar and your gear. If the pickup does not meet your needs it can be returned for a full refund ( except the shipping cost) within 21 days of delivery.
Shipping Method
FedEx International Priority ( upon request ) with average shipping time 2 - 6 working days for Europe and US, 6 - 10 working days for Australia and Japan.
Warranty
All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages of the manufacturing process.
We back up any work we do, and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery and we refund all the amount of money except the shipping cost. Refund will take place upon return of the item.
