Gabojo Lab is based in the European Union (Greece) and ships internationally from the EU.
For selected destinations, we offer DDP shipping (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that import duties, customs charges, and applicable taxes are paid in advance by us, so your order can arrive without unexpected import charges at delivery.
Our goal is to make international ordering smoother, clearer, and more comfortable for our customers.
Please note that customs procedures may still vary depending on the destination country, and in some cases the carrier or customs office may contact the recipient for additional information required for clearance.

Shipping Method
FedEx International Priority ( upon request ) with average shipping time 2 - 6 working days for Europe and US, 6 - 10 working days for Australia and Japan.
Warranty
All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages of the manufacturing process.
We back up any work we do, and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery and we refund all the amount of money except the shipping cost. Refund will take place upon return of the item.
