Gabojo Lab is based in the European Union (Greece) and ships internationally from the EU.

Import Duties & Fees: Any customs tariffs, import duties, clearance fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Standard Shipping (FedEx): Our default carrier is FedEx. If customs fees are due, FedEx will contact you directly via phone or email to arrange payment so your package can be delivered.

Alternative Shipping (Standard Post): If you prefer to ship via standard national post instead of FedEx, please contact us immediately after placing your order (or reply to your order confirmation email) to let us know.
Warranty
All new pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two-years. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are thoroughly tested at various stages of the manufacturing process.
We back up any work we do, and want a chance to fix a problem if one occurs.
Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within this period.
Returned products must be sent back in good condition. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will issue the applicable refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For orders covered by the EU right of withdrawal, the refund also includes the cost of the standard delivery method originally offered. Any additional shipping cost resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or defective products.
