**S.O.S. – IMPORTANT INSTALLATION WARNING – Please check below before ordering.**
This version was inspired by the legendary **Martin D-18E** associated with Kurt Cobain.
The original D-18E was a rare factory-built electric-acoustic Martin fitted with two DeArmond pickups, rather than a standard D-18 with pickups added later.
Our version follows the visual character and mounting concept of that classic DeArmond-equipped Martin and is supplied with a **brass underside mounting support**.
### IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Installing this pickup on a standard acoustic guitar may require modifications to the guitar top and internal bracing and, if done incorrectly, may cause permanent damage to the instrument.
Before ordering, carefully check the available space beneath the guitar top and the position of the internal braces.
**Please check the technical drawing and all dimensions carefully before modifying your instrument.**
